Very comfortable, Location was perfect with beach experience, gardens and lovely pool was amazing. The staff were very approachable and helpful.Would definitely stay again. Manager had been very helpful and accomodating, nothing was too hard. I would recommend this resort for family /couple/groups or single. Thank you so much Joy's resort..

Great experience at Joe's Resort Unawatuna! It's a small beach hotel with access to a wonderful beach. The ocean is like a sea pool with minimal waves. They also have a wonderful infinity rooftop pool with a great view! The staff are really friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach itself is shady with trees so you have plenty of room to lounge. Its worth a stay for your next visit. Check it out :)

A wonderful stay. The hospitality is top notch. Rooms are very clean and pretty. Washrooms are really nice as well. Food was unexpectedly good. The beach and the view were fantastic!!!

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing vacation experience at this place. The staff's warm friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable, and the food was consistently delicious. The standout for us was the fried prawns dish, an absolute must-try! But the real gem of this place is its enchanting atmosphere and the fact that it offers direct beach access. The beach area is perfect for a relaxing swim with its shallow waters. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway! 🌟🍽️🏖️🌊

Amazing hotel in Unawatuna with beach access and friendly staff. Ideal for a great holiday. Services cater to guests, parking is easy, and everything is super clean. By beautiful Unawatuna Beach, it adds to the holiday charm. Enjoy a boat ride to a nearby island. The food variety is tasty and makes the experience even better.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff is extremely humble and friendly. The rooms are super clean and have a mesmerizing view of the ocean. Highly recommended to stay here if visiting Unawatuna.

We visited this place as a part of our itinerary. Really enjoyed the stay. Property is excellent, just in front of the sea beach. Excellent service. Kudos to the staff and management.
